At Truvaan, we stand behind the gear we sell. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy to make things right.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- You're not satisfied with the product, as long as it’s unused and in original condition
- We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, worn, installed, or altered
- Returns made without prior authorization
2. Return Procedure
- Email us at support@truvaan.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue or reason for return

Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Wait for return approval before shipping the item. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund.
- Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).
4. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items.
- Email support@truvaan.com with your order number and issue details.
5. International Orders
- We accept international returns only if the product is defective or incorrect.
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include photo documentation.
