At Truvaan, we stand behind the gear we sell. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy to make things right.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:
    • The item arrived defective or damaged
    • You received the wrong item
    • You're not satisfied with the product, as long as it’s unused and in original condition
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Items that have been used, worn, installed, or altered
    • Returns made without prior authorization

2. Return Procedure

  1. Email us at support@truvaan.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue or reason for return
    • Photos if the item is damaged or defective
  2. Wait for return approval before shipping the item. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund.
  3. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items.
  • Email support@truvaan.com with your order number and issue details.

5. International Orders

  • We accept international returns only if the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include photo documentation.
