1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability and supplier location.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping
- Delivery in 7–14 business days
- Free on all domestic orders

Expedited Shipping (if available)
- Delivery in 4–7 business days
- Rates are calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries, including Canada, the UK, Australia, and EU member states.

Standard International Shipping
- Delivery in 10–25 business days

Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. These fees are not included in the checkout total.

4. Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking details to update.

5. Undeliverable & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment fees may apply.

6. Packaging

Products may arrive in packaging from our fulfillment partners. This does not affect the quality or authenticity of the product.
